  • Package options vary at each Holiday Park depending on what speeds are available. For full information on what packages are available to you, please fill in the form at the top of the home page and our team will be get back to you shortly.

  • The annual subscription of €210 will be automatically processed each year on the same date as your initial payment unless you request via email to close your account

  • To change the payment method on your account you can login to your customer account click the Customer Portal button at the top of the website or click here

  • To access your invoices and receipts you can login to your customer account here

  • To cancel your Holiday Broadband account all you need to do is email accounts@holidaybroadband.com using the email address linked to your account before the renewal date.

  • The annual subscription is a non refundable fee and there are no refunds if you cancel your connection before the 12 months are complete.
